Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time My truck has been down and i tried to make other arrangements. Sorry this has never happened to me before. and i have answered every call from this gentleman.all 10 every day

Not the one's from saturday, else I wouldn't be talking about it in this forum, would I? Anyway, one positive thing was that yes when you did talk to me, you sounded very concerned.

Thomas is a very friendly and great guy to work with. His communication on the status was very prompt and he delivered what he promised. I am leaving with a satisfaction that I got my vehicle shipped faster than i expected and at a very reasonable cost. Will definitely suggest him or will ship with him again.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I was initially dealing with Mike Biery who was positive about the shipment going on time on October 6th. But the person who had the reuck (Mark) had a different update to give me on monday and that it would go on thursday and positively so. On thursday he said it was planned for friday evening, but I haven't heard from Mark ever since.
All along I have never received an update from them voluntarily and I have had to make close to 10 calls everyday to get them to return the calls and make false
