Randy was good to work with and was the least expensive, which usually doesn't translate in to good service when picking the least expensive shipper. Randy came through and was a pleasure to work with. Thanks Randy!

MalawiExpress/Bill-I chose Bill's company because of his positive feedback which "shone" of his great communication skills and because he told me he lived very close to the pickup location. Bill did not meet the agreed upon first or second delivery comittment. As the first agreed upon delivery date drew very near I had not heard from Bill at all. I had to initiate communication. I understand circumstances arise that change plans..please don't overcommit yourself and do communicate in the future!
