After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Please cancel the shipment and I request a full refund because I will not be shipping any cars for some time. I will use your service as I have in the past but this shipper has clearly not communicated with me and has not given me any indication they intend to pickup the car or deliver it. They took the order or shipment on the Dec. 22 and I have heard nothing from them, I have called, text and emailed multiple time with no response. Got the office once was promised a call back never called.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After 5 days the shipper could not even give me a date when they would pick the car up. I had to cancel or lose the sale of the car. I did contact Montway and they said I would have to contact you for a refund. Please advise as to my refund please.
