Washer and Dryer was delivered in great condition by a professional staff.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We were called and told they were running a bit late due to traffic and would be there no later than 9pm. I did not hear from him again so I assumed they had picked up the Washer/ Dryer and all was fine. Instead we were awoken at 11:50pm and told they were there to pick up. I had given them my sisters #'s to keep her informed of any changes. They said they did not let her know but that they had contacted me by email (which I do not have but was asleep and would not have received in time anyway)
