There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The shipper is out of town until late tomorrow. I was specific about when I could accomidate this move prior to placing a bid and it falls outside of my window to pick it up. A reasonable compromise couldn't be reached with the shipper after contacting them directly. The item will need to be reposted.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The transport Company placed a bid, and I accepted and paid for it 4 minutes later.... Then he have no reason to say that it was out of his time line... I will Accept an cancelation, but also want a full refund, and also after that I have confirmed that he has not picked it up. This is not a good way to use USHIP
