About Me
Purchase vehicles in all 48 states and ship to California for resale. I would prefer owner-operated carrier who has good feedback from other shipper. Enclosed carrier is preferred. For vehicles of lower value, an open carrier is okay but would opt for upper rack. Insurance must be included. Carrier specialized in transporting autos is a must. Brokers are not considered because I have no idea who they will subcontract my job to. I heard about a lot of complaints regarding subcontracted job that turns into a shipping nightmare. Unfortunately, the shipping industry is not properly regulated, so there are some bad apples out there which gave the rest of the industry a bad rep. I appreciate the shipping industry because it provides the backbone of our economy where logistics is a major player.
