The load was 4Tanks 3@10'x4'x4'& 1@8'x4'x4' and the actual load was 3@12'3"x5'5"x5'5". We quoted it for the Dims it was.We already had a piece on when we got there it would not all fit.When we got to the pickup we found out they needed unhooked.We paid out of pocket to have the tanks unhooked and loaded.We were told that we would be taken care of.The agreement was to pay uppon delv.We have not been paid yet.We left plenty of room for the original dims.Not our fault for the way it was posted.

All dims were listed as best estimates. A forklift was listed as required by hauler in original listing. Tried to charge for a second pick up that also could not fit, yet hauler took extra freight order from us when did not even load original order on truck.
This is an unprofessional provider covering their own back hauls, and should not be give the opportunity to bid and compete with true haulers.
