Zack did a great job moving my boat from VA to MI. He stepped in to recover for another shipper that couldn't deliver on the deal. He was accessible via phone when needed, gave me updates, and delivered the boat in same condition as when he got it. Would use him again!

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I've been unable to reach this Shipper for the last 5 days. It's now at the time when he said he would make the pick up and not able to reach him via phone or e-mail for 4 days. I need this item moved this week so I can't wait any longer with no response. Something must have happened on his end. Just wish that he would inform me.
