The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After booking this shipment, I called the provider and was told that they were on their way to my location to take care of the shipment and would be there shortly after 8pm. At 12:30am we went to bed and never heard anything from the provider. I attempted to call numerous times and left messages as well as emails. I received one call back and I am assuming it was on accident because he started talking about a completely different item. When I corrected him and told him what he was supposed to be
