The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The Shipper emailed me on the week the item was supposed to be picked up and cancelled due to a family medical issue. I understand the reason and why, but this put me in a bad position because I now have to pay storage fees until a new Shipper is located.

Ernest was great. He delivered my boat on time and took care of it as if it was his own. I would definitely use him in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest person to transport your boat. He kept me informed of where he was throughout the trip and I always knew where my boat was. It's good to know that during these tough times, there are still honest people out there that stand by their word and deliver as promised.
