I no longer need my item(s) shipped Contacted Shipper and explained my situation with Defective Toyota Truck I was about to purchase and he was more than helpful with cancellation and rebidding if I find another vehicle to ship. Very honest and very professional on the phone.

James is a excellent shipper that was a pleasure to work with and treated my shipment with white glove care. I could have went with FEDEX or UPS as a carrier. With USHIP I feel my time and money is well spent with the personal experience I get with transport operators such as James.
Not to go overboard but in this world we live in with all the inflation and issues we are seeing in America. It makes me happy to know real individuals like James are working the American Dream. GREAT JOB!

The professional way to say it:
-Mountain State Transport is very professional and provide exceptional service at a fair price. They find solutions to issues and will not use words like no and can't do. This company is in the business of moving stuff and they do this well.

Great at the start, touch-in-go in the middle of the shipment and after strong contract negotiations a happy ending...
What it amounts to is Cheryl is wonderful at the broker side of her house but the shippers sometimes need a push in the right direction...
