Working with DA was very easy. They provided a personal cell phone and always answered. I ended up not shipping my car with them due to some work being done on a their truck. They were able to contact someone else who could do the delivery. Trying to find someone to take my vehicle all the way to the planned destination was difficult and I ended up paying 500 dollars more. That was a bit frustrating and the delays were frustrating. It happens. Overall, I was satisfied with the service.
