Matt was wonderful with my sweet sensitive puppy, he's a very kind individual and I felt comfortable entrusting him with my Precious Cargo! He ran into some unavoidable delays due to traffic and severe thunderstorms, called me frequently with updates. I will definitely call Matt if I ever need ground transport for a dog again - he's terrific!
