The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The broker attempted to schedule a truck that would haul me load, but could not and I had to get my equipment out of the dealers yard, so I found another source.

The good: Great communication and service when it finally got moving. Tom is a great guy. The bad: Very long delay to get things on the road. It took several weeks to get the quad delivered. The bottom line: I would use Tom again in the future.
