A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After booking I found out that I had to be there by 2:00 I cannot be there till 3:30 so me and the customer talked and he is going to try to find different shipping solution

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The auction facility where item is located changes the time line for pickup and now i May not make it in time. It’s not my fault but would be better for the customer to find a way to pickup asap

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved My 13 y/o daughter was running a very high fever last night Sunday June 5 at close to 2am she tells me this. I then proceeded to take her to the doctors office then to hospital cuz turns out she has covid 19. The customer sounded like I had thos all planed out or something. I mean it comes on very sudden like and that's that's. I just do not find it sense able to leave a 13 yo with a bou ch if strangers when she in alot of pain and I am the only family member she has.

I have a wonder experience with Ed. Awesome shipper, went out of his way to take my trailer to a tire ship to replace 4 tires for me which is not part of the description. Ofcourse I compensate him for that. I like the active tracking and the fast delivery. I choose him over others shipper because of his high rating which proved to be a wise decision. Highly recommend.
