A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved the shipper wanted this done on friday, after contacting the Ann on the receiving, end Thursday she would not be there on friday or the following week, she stated she did not know how the shipping was arranged. I was not sure if it would get delivered, I tried to contact the customer to find out a good day to deliver, no response, I left a meaasege letting her know it could be picked up thurs going to ohio, no reply.

Randy's service was absolutely excellent!!!!! I would highly recommend
him to anyone shipping a pet. My dog Lady looked great when he
delivered her. She was well taken care of and so happy i could tell she
really liked him. I highly recommend him if you want your animal well
taken care of. Also he was always available when we called him.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time the service provider did not show up on the date as was confirmed. i waited for another day hoping that the
service provider could make arrangements to come the next day but it didnt happen. i had to load the artwork
and drive it myself to ohio.
also my credit card has been charged and i never gave the security code to charge my account, because the
transaction never took place. I just came home from work and i find this very distressing. i am about to
call the credit card company an

Randy's Service was excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are so happy.
Our dog Lady was well taken care of. She looked so happy
and she really liked Randy we could tell. He really was
good to her. We would highly recommend him to anyone
who really wants their pet taken care. It really means so much
when someone really does care. We were so pleased with
his service. Also Randy was alway available when we made
