I am not a dealer or curber. I am a bit of a collector, so sometimes when I find something that is particularly interesting, I decide to buy it, but pick up isn't practical. U-Ship and their contractors have been great to deal with in this regard and I thank all for helping me whenever needed!

After pick up, SWB demanded half deposit up front to his other co. KanKel Moving. Upon delivery, SWB demanded a final payment that was more than agreed upon or he would keep car and go to Vancouver. As I had no option, I agreed to pay him, but when I told him I was 60 minutes from my computer to pay by internet, he hung up on me 4 times. I finally had a friend pay him cash. Worst UShip experience ever. SWB/KanKel should be banned from UShip. STAY AWAY and go find an honest shipper.

Al is crook demanded he pay once he had the vehicle he did not read payment terms he just figured he would be special and pay at the end.. then made me take payment in 4 lots which is stupid..he was told ask Fed Ex or Canada Post too ship it they would was 100% upfront... Stay away from the customer he is not worth the hassle

Christopher was awesome to deal with. He worked his schedule around our pick up and delivery times and kept us informed as to how he was doing the entire time. He even helped us set up the 5th wheel after getting it to us and took extra time to make sure that we were happy with his services. I would use him again and hope that all other U-Ship carriers are as dedicated, professional and diligent as he is.

It is unfortunate that the best rating I can give is Positive. There should be an option for Outstanding or Super Positive... Everything went as planned and great updates given along the way. Highly recommended.

Awesome experience. Will definitely use his services again! Great care in loading and unloading, regular updates on travel times, etc. They even took a video of the load and unload process so I could confirm that there weren't any "damage" issues during the process. Great job all around and at a lower rate than the BIG shippers!
