Customer read and agreed to pay by COD- cash or money order- at delivery. He then ignored the terms and decided to demand to pay by credit at delivery. He was offended when we said that was unacceptable for the reason that he had a week to prepare the funds. He left us a negative even after he wasted a whole day only to draw up a personal check for the driver. Would not recommend.

Pickup and delivery of 5th wheel unit and an additional vehicle both went smoothly. Glen paid in full while we were enroute due to the holiday weekend. Very easy transaction and communication. shipper did not pick up anytime near what was promised. Shipper did not take credit card payment for balance, which is actually listed if you look further into fine print & beyond the U Ship email notification of shipment. We did pay with check at point of delivery

We presented the terms up front. The terms were for cash or money order at delivery. The driver arrived to find that no one had the funds. He ended up taking a check, which is actually not acceptable for payment by our terms. Credit card payment was never discussed. Customer assumed he could pay with a payment code.
