I adored these cats! They were awesome! The sender and recipient were both very communicative and VERY easy to transport for! I would ship for them any time.

Customer didn't provide cat litter as directed for shipment. This resulted in one of the cats creating a mess in one of the shipping containers.

Becca was fantastic with my cat Nala and still don't know how she got her to take her meds without a fight. Kennel was kept clean and they look well taken care of during there trip. She took good care of my cats and I will use her for all my pet shipping. I would highly recommend Becca for anyone that needs to ship a beloved pet. Thank you, Becca and will be calling you again!

The cats that I shipped are safe & arrived well. They smelled and the kennel had not been cleaned. Shipment was fast even with some communication issues between me with Michael & Caleb. Caleb, who picked up & delivered the cats, was so helpful in getting them loaded & ready for their big trip. Delivery was made successfully & the four cats are lounging around their new home.

One of the cats in his kennel had an accident before we could stop and pickup Kitty Litter for your precious pets. We were very sorry and very disappointed that the finger was pointed at us. Instructions were specifically given to have a kitty box of litter ready at pickup so this wouldn't happen. Our driver can't leave the pets alone to get kitty litter in the store and leave the pets unattented. Very unfortunate in that we work to hard to have this fall upon us with a Neutral feedback.
