Rich did a great job shipping my 31' Carver from MD to Key West. Despite a number of challenges, he was flexible and persevered through all of them, always maintaining a positive attitude and leaving me assured that the job would get done, and it was! Constant communication eased my worries. The boat arrived in great shape and on schedule. Thanks a bunch for doing such a great job.
