I had a Cat Tree which actually looked like a tree. It was not possible to break it down and it had to be shipped whole, as is. This company picked it up, packed it and shipped it. I had virtually nothing to do is except wait for them to come and pick it up. The tree shipped from Ohio to California and arrived in perfect condition except for one of the butterflies which was easily fixed. I couldn't have asked for better service. Great job and I would highly recommend them.
