A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Driver tried to pick up within time frame agreed on 9/17 to 9/18. Customer had drivers number and never called him she cancelled without calling driver, therefore we reject this cancellation. Driver found out about her cancelling job when he went to pick up location.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved They decided they couldn't deliver for a month. so we need to cancel. i am not happy that the left us hanign the DAY they were supposed to pick it up.

We got this bid on the way to Texas. We called to try to arrange an early am pickup on our way back from Texas. We still were picking up during our agreed timeframe of 9/17-9/18. She got another service provider before we could resolve the issue. We got to New mexico at 4am and waited there till 7am to wait for her phone call. She said a no go already got someone else.

The desk was brought even earlier then we expected. Mark communicated with us within 5 minutes of accepting the bid and he called to let us know where he was at. He was very professional. I highly recommend him to ANYONE.. Thank you so much for bringing my antique roll top desk to me in good shape. Also, he took the time to have blankets and things available to protect it from any elements.
