Bike was delivered on the exact time (day & time) as the customer requested. We called and spoke with the customer days before, the day before and the hour before the delivery. The bike was delivered in the exact same condition as when we picked it up. I'm not sure what else this customer could have wanted or expected. When the delivery was completed, he was very happy!
