Utter Bullsh#t. I contacted you immediately you said you were stuck in Texas. I have proof of trying to contact you by email and over 40 times by phone, you picked up once and hung up on me as soon as I asked when you will pick up the car. We had a deal and you didn't have the guts to tell me you welched on it......your a disgrace.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period We agreed for him to pick up car around the 2oth Apr. I was very flexible and said I will wait for Toni to contact me then NOTHING. I have phoned him over 40 times leaving messages every time NOTHING. I have e-mailed him numerous times again NOTHING. He did answer the phone once about ten days ago then pretended he couldn't hear me. An absolute disgrace and pathetic with it.I even left messages asking him if he can't keep the deal arranged just let me know NOTHING.My son, a U.S Marine has phoned

WE TRUSTED HIM and did not cancel.The scheduled pu time was the 21st-24th.We contacted Steve on the 22nd to apologies and inform him that we will be out of the country on family business and will not be available til 5/10/10 for pu. We conveyed to him if the date was not acceptable to cancel and find another provider.We told him PHONES will be Turned OFF. Was told "He will see what he can do". "WOW" Did he ever. Not Nice
