The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After several attempts and numerous extensions they were not able to book my shipment. I am requesting an immediate FULL refund. Thank you.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Company wouldnt return calls or messages and continuted for 2 weeks to tell me that the carrier "would be there tomorrow", carrier never showed, Had to pay $300.00 more to have my vehicle expidited and it still wont be there on time, now I have to rent a vehicle. I will need a credit to my credit card that was charged. A credit to my uship account will NOT be used within 12 months. Please refund my credit card right away. I need that money to pay for the additional charges I am incurring.
