Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services If you see the correspondence we never agreed to pick up on same day. He called and asked us to pick up same day or he said he would find alternative. We agreed to cancel on the day he called, Fri 21st.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I was told the car would be picked up same day I would accept the bid, that never happened. 5 days later my car was still not picked up and they were fully booked and could not pick up my car. that got me into storage fees. Luckily I found someone else and they transported my vehicle.
