I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The service provider, stranger21 is very unreliable and may have misrepresented his contact information. His listed phone number does not get through, and he has not responded to my emails. As at March 11, 2009, my vehicle has not yet been moved for a bid that was accepted in November 2008!
