The trip went real well for everyone on this long trip, all the dogs were very nice and are glad to be home with their mom and dad. You folks were great and enjoyed helping out, hope we can help again in the future. I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I did have a breakdown, Pickup was scheduled for a week away and the customer was premature to cancel, He also chose not to honor our 50% advance portion of the contract and decided he wanted to make a change..I could still fulfill the contract..

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I called and all was o.k. and had pick up dates and we agreed on the 19th...Then he said he had more than was on list and what about the auto.I said I bid ion the house items not the auto as seen in my bid but would take more items and not charge more and that would pay for the transport and he agreed.Then I woke up this morning and he was on full attack on me?...Mark

First he offered all dates from 19th to 26th--when i asked for 24th he said that only the 19th or 26th was available. I changed three other travel dates to free the 19th, then he says that the car isn't included. Shipping the car separately will cost $1000-1200 additional.
The bids I turned down to accept his included the car; I have saved his bid which includes the car.
The matter of extra items is nonsense--I told him about the extras and offered to pay for it-and I saved those emails to

Very good from start to finish. Great communication, right on time, took extra items without complaint, delivered everything in good shape. Brian even helped fix a fence when my dog broke out during the unloading.
We intend to use Bileti Creative for any other moving needs.

Great Move! Ryan was really good with the dogs and they arrived early and in perfect shape. I would recommend Orlando and Ryan absolutely!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service Provider had vehicle trouble and was unable to get it fixed in time to assure pickup on time.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved First the service provider changed the pickup dates from those in the bid. Then he refused to include the car tow which was plainly part of the shipment and which he knew about. When we discussed this he said he would load just the household goods and I could ship the car by itself, but he wanted the full payment amount. I felt as though I could not trust anything he said after that so I cancelled.

My bid was for household items as anyone can see.He had more items than on his list and I was going to include at no additional charge to help ship the auto and he agreed and thanked me.I woke up this morning to lies and attacks and this....Tried to help him and he tried to hurt me personally and professionally...Glad to be rid of him at this point and I took zero dollars from him and asked for no payment yet at all so this should tell you something about him from his statement vs the truth....
