Great communication. Item was picked up and delivered on time. Driver was very responsive to text messages and kept me up to date on arrival time. Very easy to work with.

David was great. It was easy to get in touch with him and try to plan the delivery of our stuff. He was flexible with timing and was able to drop off at night when it was convenient for us. I will definitely call them again if we are shipping from Denver. Thank you David!

This was very unprofessional. The car dealer was 30 minutes late getting my car onto his truck and the driver decided he needed an extra $250 for his time and wouldn't drop my car off until I paid the additional charge. He got into such a large fight with the Lexus dealership that they wanted to call and report the driver to the DMV/whoever certifies these drivers. He also ended up being nearly 10 days late with my car, was not in contact and hung up on me. Check his cancelled shipments...

Yes, we collected an extra $150, not $250, based on the waiting time and the fact that dealer reported the car being ready the day before when we called, when we got there to pick up the car, we found out that car was not ready, and then they had someone to start with it. The killed time prevented driver to drive to its final destination because Federal driving regulations, and had to stay at a very expensive, adding additional costs to the shipment. Car was delivered on schedule.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment They had an emergency and were not able to pick up the shipment on the scheduled date. After a few emails last week, I haven't heard anything from this provider for a week and don't know whether they will be able to pick up the shipment or not.

Jay delivered chairs for me as promised. It was so easy and he was really nice to work with! He even shrink wrapped everything so that they would not be damaged during shipment. It was such an easy experience and I will definitely call Jay again if I am shipping anything in or out of Denver.
