Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Could never reach this customer and when I was able to, was never able to come up with an agreeable time to pickup or to deliver. She was very irate on the phone. Tried all I could do to work with her especially since I was in her area delivering two other dogs the same day. Then contacted me to let me know she had someone else deliver her dog without letting me know her intentions of cancellation.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I read several negative feedback about this Service Provider after I booked him.
I decided that this move is too important to me, and I wanted someone to move my things who did not have any type of negative feedback. Response from Bgsdelivery: I don't have negative feed back I only have one negative feed and all of them are from basically trying to please everyone with an affordable rate you can't expect paying the rates as low as your getting them now that everything will run smoothly all the time because they won't

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Terrible! Never showed up on the day we had arranged, and never called. I finally got in touch with her the next day,after leaving messages that she never returned.
She sounded out of it and never even remembered she was to pick my dog up!
Then she had the nerve to leave me feedback saying I did not give her the 2 weeks time!
Absurd!
Do not use!!!!!!!1 Response from BohnTransport: I did all I could to make arrangements with this customer, it was just nearly impossible to come up with a timeframe that would work even when I was in the area delivering and picking up other dogs. But apparently she was able to have someone else do the transport and that's the main thing. Please view my other feedback to see that we do a good job. Just can't always please all the customers all the time.

OH MY GOODNESS!! DANA COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER, MORE ACCOMODATING AND WELCOMING OF MY MANY CALLS REGARDING HIM TRANSPORTING UP TO NEW YORK!!
HE IS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANY OF YOUR TRANSPORTING NEEDS.
