Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services i tried to pick up boat but in bid details it stated pickup location was business without loading dock or forklift so i brought my van to take it to my warehouse with a loading dock so i can load it into the box trailer so it goes covered all the way to tn he opted to cancel the pick up after i tried explaining that to him so i dont see where it was suspicious but to each his own good luck with your shipment sorry it didnt work out

John did a gret job getting my boat here. He picked it up when he said and delivered it when he said he would. Couldn't be more happy with his service. I willdefinitely use him again. Thank you John!

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Robert changed the agreed-to pick up date and delivery date twice. He told me he had to wait because another shipment was stuck in customs and his truck was waiting in Jacksonville. He offered $50 back for the inconvenience. I accepted his bid because he told me he was hauling the boat in a covered trailer or truck. When he finally showed up at the new date he was in a van. He told me he had to tow the boat to Orlando behind the van before loading it in a truck. I became suspicious and whe
