The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Very disappointed, this shipper said that he would accept offer. After booking, stated he was no longer interested without any explanation.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider did not pick up the items from the pick up location and repeated attempts to contact him have not been answered.

customers stated his brother had the tires when we arrived in Las Vegas to pick up the tire and rims he never answered the phone and we can not just wait until someone is going to decide the he will answer his cell phone

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I am very disappointed with this shipper. After negotiating an agreed price, date and time and even making arrangements to meet the shipper at a highway exit to make it more convenient for them, I was only made aware of the cancellation by uship email even though they could have called or emailed me directly. The last contact I had with them I was left with the impression that they were on their way to pick up the items. I can not in good faith recommend them to any one.

I recieved my car on time and in great shape. They have good new reliable equipment and they kept good communication with me as to where they were on the way and when to expect them. I would use them again with out hesitation.

Because of L.A. traffic and mechanical problems the bike showed up a day late which was not a big deal on my end. Jim the driver was willing to sleep in the truck till the person I bought it from would be available the next day since he would be arriving late at the pick up point. Alot of times unforseen problems come up but they were handled well and my motorcycle showed up in great condition. I would use them again no problem as I buy alot of stuff from Las Vegas and L.A. but live in Tucson.

I was very happy with the service Powersourcetransport gave me. They delivered my new motorcycle with side car from Denver to Tucson in one day. They drove through the night and arrived at 2 A.M. (which they cleared with me first). I was like a kid at Christmas so I didn't mind the time of arrival at all. The bike arrived damage free and as represented by the seller. I would use powersourcetransport again without hesitation.
