Kim, the ad stated horse never loaded before and we don't tell the owner of the horse how to operate. If they want to help load then we wait, if not, that's when we take our time to work with the horse to get him on board. Reed & James ARE listed in profile as well as the equipmemt. The only difference is that they used our trailer instead. There were no substitutes of people or equipment. Thanks, Crystal * Reed & James

Trailoring was not done by horse emt as listed in the Transporters site, but by two nice substitute fellows in more of a cattle trailor. They did not load my gelding, but did unload him at the destination. They were quite personable, responsible, and offered good communication with the seller and myself. My horse arrived in great condition, was not spooked, sweaty, or anxious after a 5 hour trailoring. I would recommend this type of trailor and these transporters during Ky hot July and Aug.

Reed & James ARE listed in profile as well as the equipmemt. The only difference is that they used our trailer instead. The lady accepted bid and emailed several times but never asked about equipment. The guys at pickup, took it upon themselves to lock arms and indian load this horse for whatever reason.
