Radieux was a lovely mannered horse, very kind, very easy to handle. He laid over with us for a day at our facility, and all the staff loved him!

Nothing much good can be said. Horse arrived after spending 60 hours in a slant load stall,stressed,gaunt but in one piece.Weather played a role,no doubt,but the total lack of communication is inexcusable. Never acknowledged pickup,no calls to explain why delivery was going to be delayed by 36 hours,no information provided to contact driver and absolutely never the courtesy of a return call from their office. You get what you pay for!

I could not have been more pleased with the great service that I received from the staff at Gimcrack. Vivian and Sean were great to work with and the horse was picked up and delivered on time without incident. Highly recommend. Joe Nash
