Betty worked with me from start to finish (with Laurie doing the final follow up) and was always friendly, helpful, and professional. I had just come off a disappointing two weeks working with a (non-uShip-using) transportation company and waiting for friendlier weather, so I was relieved to have things go so well with EAS.
Main lessons learned: Use uShip, use EAS, and do whatever I can to transport a vehicle in any season other than winter!
