My motorcycle was delivered as contracted.
I have 3 issues with coasttocoast.
#1
The driver arrived to pick up my bike unprepared. It took 3 people to load the bike as the only loading equipment he had was a cheap ramp. We had to drive down the street and find a ramp to assist in loading.
#2
The driver was 8.5 hours late for delivery. This is after the time he called and scheduled. I had to have people wait all day to help unload.

I had to pay a $20 paypal fee in addition to the bid.

This shipment weighed more than the shipper had listed. This perticular truck that I used normally ships bikes under 600 lbs and ramp is made fo 800 lbs. Due to bike weight at 800 my driver felt safer using a loading dock that was near by. My driver stayed in touch with shippers son about being a few hours late. His son was on delivery end. A little over 2,000 miles in less than 72 hours. There is other options of payment without having a fee. I do charge a fee to cover paypal fee's. Thank you.
