A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved When we asked the customer about the shipment prior to us placing a bid if we could pick up on sunday the customer stated that would not work for her so we told her then were sorry we cannot service her shipment at this time.We clearly stated that it had to be a sunday pickup. When we got back from the last run we were on we went to cancel her bid and she had accepted it. So I sent her a email asking her why I dont care about canceling this but will not accept it as a cancellation on my profile

Working with this service provider (bassdoc) was a absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend him for transport of household goods and would use him again in the future if needed. Communication was excellent during the duration of the shipment and best of all, the bid was great!

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Contact has been made by email, however lack of communication has created the inability to try and arrange a pick up date. I would have liked to coordinate a date and time for pick up of my shipment but again, I have been unable to communicate via phone or email on several attempts

We told this shipper that we could only do this shipment if it could be picked up on a sunday she agreed we went to pick up item and no one there and could not contact her until 2 days later after customer became vulgar we chose not to talk to her anymore and placed for cancellation. And this shipper called us and we talked about 10 times through phone text and email so I guess she has her story wrong
