A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved

Unfortunately, Piggy got lost before I got there to pick up the babies. Fortunately, he was found inside the couch when the movers brought the furniture!! So I only had three of these babies along and things couldn't have gone more pleasant. All three were very well behaved (and didn't meow at all, Michelle!). Gracie LOVED just hanging out under the seat. Dubh was the curious one and Neko preferred the crate. Would definitely ship for again...and next time have Piggy with us to tag along...lol.

Good communication. They were in touch with my sister on the pick up multiple times. Very nice people. Had to have them come at 5am to drop off baby stuff. And they did without complaint. Few things were a little wet, but seems ok. Would recommend. Thanks Todd and Heather. Good luck with your little one!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper had pick up date 2 days earlier and had already left NV before I could reach them.

Waited 6 hours in front of shippers home for pick up. comunication missunderstanding.

Carla was a super lady. Cats arrived just fine. She worked around our schedule last minute and spoke to her several times throughout the road trip. She is a great lady to ship with. Carla, if we need you in the future (possibly in about 3-4 yrs when we move to mid TX), we WILl call you. Please use her to ship your fur babies. THANKS CARLA!! :)
