A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved the service provider DID DO exactly what they promised, they were on time and provided good communication. the party that was to give them the item to be transported did not show, therefore they could not complete the shipment. not their fault AT ALL ! and not mine either. i would still give them an excellent feedback for their effort and would use them again. i may have been scamed on my purchase and im trying to resolve it but it doesnt look promising.
