The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it After getting my driver to pickup destination, shipper had a uncle make my driver feel like crap, telling him what equipment was needed to transport a bike and how it had to be done. Uncle was very skeptic about my area code and where we were taking bike,,, people, that's what FEEDBACK is for. We dont know our shippers and you guys dont know us. That's why we have a feedback system that tells you if the TSP is a crook or is legit. Wasted my time, money and got insulted, poor shipper.

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled It took two days after bidding to get a hold of them in any way shape or form. The driver and dispatcher gave us different stories multiple times about why they kept delaying the pickup. Finally, four days after booking, the driver showed up in a pickup with expired plates and no proof of insurance. I was not comfortable releasing the bike to a driver with no proof of insurance and no invoice or bill and after informing the dispatcher of my discomfort he told me that they would have to cancel.

This is the problem when you list multiple phone numbers and your family doesnt communicate with each other, we spoke to your aunt the date after bid was accepted to arrange pickup. LIE#1 Pickup is a rental from ENTERPRISE RENT A TRUCK, proof of insurance is on RENTAL AGREEMENT shown to your NON READING UNCLE LIE#2. I am not the dispatcher, I am the owner, who told you I dont need customers like you, THIS WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. APPARENTLY YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT FEEDBACK INFO IS FOR. POOR1
