Randall was extremely helpful and communicative during the whole process. He temporarily stored the bike until I could arrive to receive it at it's destination... I would highly recommend his services.... Thanks again Randall.

Gaius and crew were very responsive and have kept good communication from day one. This being a multi-stage shipment (2 bikes), they have gone the "extra-mile" for me to meet my needs. An excellent carrier service whom I will seek to use again. Thank you. :-)

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Due to schedule changes, this shipment cannot be received as originally arranged. Frank has been a Professional at every point of contact and should the logistics of this shipment soon be resolved, or a future shipments be needed, I would gladly consider & use Frank's services. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This shipment cannot proceed at this time with this provider. There has been one issue after another and a concern over payment/terms. There is a mutual decision to cancel this shipment. Response from grizzle: I went to get this vehicle and it died 1 mile from pick-up point.Customer did not answer his cell phone when I called.Vehicle was unsafe to drive.Wipers and fuel gauge did not work.Customer did not tell me everything about it and I was not comfortable w/ this from the beginning.I spent 2 hrs trying to get this vehicle going in the cold.Seller also went out of their way.I am sorry I bid on this to begin with.

Motorcycle delivered 3 days later than orig. agreed./expected. However shipper agreed to reduction in cost. Shipper, then had the opportunity to pick-up another item and restore opinion of service, but apparently was behind on another shipment and wouldn't/couldn't fit it in--though it was in the same general direction/region/route... I would consider using services again, but would need assurance of my schedule/priorities being met. On a better note, Gary is a nice guy. Response from RapidRunVanMan: Issues as replacement of transmission in van (4 days lost) and tardiness at several pickups are factors which I deem as uncontrollable and are outside anyone's control.At the time of this writing I have been working over 18 hours with deadlines to meet for tomorrow. No agreement was made to add an extra stop.I made it very clear to the shipper that I would only do this extra pick if my day went well.exact info was not supplied to make this extra pick work.I contacted him about this problem.
