Working with Kevin was a wonderful experience. As a never-before user of uShip, I was hesitant to take the plunge, but Kevin's other ratings convinced me. While it was a pretty simple job, I was going to have to depend on him to handle the details at both ends of the journey. He spoke to the pickup and drop-off people before hand to make sure they were going to be ready, he called to update me from the pickup and called me when he dropped it off. Perfect! Would use him again in an instant!
