Duke and Briella were very behaved and a joy to transport. They were so full of life and energy and that made the trip that much easier. We would be happy to have the opportunity to work with Brenda in the future.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Please Cancel, The vehicle broke down and I am unable to complete this load. Unknown when it will be repaired.

this was a very easy transport.duke the dog was a very sweet and loving animal,and his owner was very flexible as to the scheduling of the pick-up and drop-off times.this trip went well.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I am a regular shipper w USHIP. Tracking shows the driver actively travelling ALL day, I don't believe his vehicle has broken down. He hasn't replied to me AT ALL since my bid acceptance last night. I have tried to contact him for 24 hrs. through phone & email. He has cost me money & potentially ruined my families holiday plans simply because of his change of mind/a better offer. A credit to my UShip account is unacceptable, I need a cash re-imbursement/compensation to try to salvage this error.

We had out ups and downs but due to Scott's (and his wife's) great, easy communication things worked out great!
In the end they went above and beyond!
