Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services

Held up our delivery by two weeks so that he could handle delivery - he then decides that we hadn't given him enough money and wanted to renegotiate after we reached an agreement. We even offered to pick it up at a interstate location so he didn't have to go to out rural location.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Talked to customer multiple times before pick up date, we set up pick up with this customer, drove to pick up and business was closed. Customer was very unpleasant to work with when this complication arose Even though we were at the pick up location as scheduled with customer.

Shipper could not understand basic instructions then blamed me. We asked him to pickup at an auction site and gave him the number he then called our home and wanted us to give him the item - I explained that he was to pick it up - if I had the item I wouldn't need it delivered. He failed to read the difference between pickup and delivery numbers.

The best experience we have had with your company so far. Virgil is not only conscientious by providing special packing for our item, but by keeping us up to date on his movements and progress. Problems have arisen on other shipments but not this one. He is a kind considerate man that I would trust with any valuable item no matter what its value. Communication is the key to good service in this business and he provided 5 star service better than our fee reflected. Our compliments to Virgil!

Wonderful experience - very prompt and communicated well throughout the experience. Respectful of valuable items and personally packed much of the shipment when a problem developed at the auction house. Rearranged delivery when we were called out of town for a funeral. Customer service doesn't get any better than this!! Highly recommended!!

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The terms of the agreement were very clear that the parcel would be picked up at the auction house in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and that to expedite things I would meet the shipper at a destination he chose on I 80 so that he would not have to go into a rural area with his truck. We agreed to the terms that at this price he could wait 2 weeks for the pickup. On October 16, he called to inform us that the bid needed to be renegotiated at a higher price because he didn't want to go off I 80 to Cedar Rap

If u read the terms the pickup and delivery was to take place on I80 this was the only way i would haul this its two hours out of my way and sixty dollars of fuel to make 40 plus all the time sorry you didn't read the contract
