Delivery was good. Item arrived in good condition. However, communications were poor! Shipper said he accepted credit cards, but failed to disclose he charges 7.5% sales tax and 2.5% credit card fee. He stated the 10% was all Nebraska sales tax rate but later disclosed there was a hidden credit card fee in the 10%. I checked Nebraska sales tax rules and the load was tax exempt. Contacted shipper and basically was told tough luck because he had to pay Ohio tolls???

The service was awesome!!! I only provide the best service. I had gave this guy the option to use cash if he didnt want to pay tax. He said NO. [content removed – unrelated to services offered]

Shipper was very good. However, the communications were not as good as they could have been. The boat arrived in great shape, although the delivery timing was not as promised.....better early than late though.

Mike's service was excellent!!! I would use him again in a heartbeat. The attention to detail and the care to my shipment is the best I ave ever experienced. It was like I was there along the way. Mike kept great communications during the time he delivered my shipment. He rates an A+++ with me.
