job was booked as a running vehicle when driver went out customer said it wasnt running and cant we just push it on and off. Told him we could get another truck to pickup today for an additional $50-$100 so it would be equipped with a winch in order to load and unload. Next thing I got a cancellation notice. I am just worried about these book it nows that I book and they cancel will affect my ability to book these in the future. Thank you, Alec

driver never went out, he just called. I was told it was running as the auction clearly stated, it said running and driving. I am sorry that the person I bought it from told me it was running when it was not, he wasted all of our time.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The ad was for 20 boxes and I arrived with a f350 crew cab to pick up to load onto the trailer I had at a different location. When we arrived there were approx 4 boxes and 2 30gal bags w/ clothes in them, then the customer started coming out with more and more items, approx 25 totes, 13+ boxes 6+ 30gal bags of clothes a stand w/ base, 3 couch cushions but no couch. 20 boxes was one thing, but an entire apartment basically wasn't what the ad stated.

changed his price 4 times before he arrived. Originally said half up front then said all up front. Also after we cancelled he wanted to complete the transaction outside uship, less than unprofessional.

He is the best. I have used many transporters over the years on and outside uship and Jean-Philippe went way over and above. He went out of his way an extra hour or more to pickup an extra part along with my truck. Extremely courteous, prompt, professional, and kind. The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment they showed up, they helped us move all of our things outside, then after they realized they brought a small truck and not enough space (even though it was still less than the 6x6x6 I represented) they said they cannot take it.

these people are great to work with. Excellent communication. Fast delivery. I had them pickup a car for me that was supposed to be running, it was not, and they still got the job done for the same cost. I would be happy to work with them again, and I highly recommend their services to anyone!
