The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Unreliable! Provider missed one appointment and set another one. Then he called saying that he had a flat tire, and suggesting that I cancel the shipment. I said that since my delivery date was flexible, I didn't want to cancel despite the delay. Shortly thereafter I received a cancellation notice.
I would like to verify the flat tire story by requesting supporting documentation. I believe that the provider simply decided to drop the shipment since pickup was too much out of his way (Brooklyn).
