I have to admit, the fact that he didn't work for a company had me worried. My own brother was even doubtful. He had the bike and felt responsible if things went wrong . However this guy's bid was the best and his profile convinced me to give him a try. I had never done anything like this before. Turns out, I hadn't a thing to worry about.
