Frank is a stand up guy. I was on vacation when I booked the shipment. He kept in constant communication with me the whole time. He is very respectful and efficient. He gets the job done when he says it will be done. He lets you know the condition of your shipment at pick up and he also gives you advice on maintenance and repairs. Frank delivered my bike in perfect condition and also went as far as to fill my rear tire that was flat. I am recommending Frank to everyone that. His service is great
