The transporter kept putting off the pickup date.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I spoke to service provider and we agreed on 5pm 4 August, he is a no show. I have been trying to contact this provider several times today but I got no response by phone, email and text message. I no longer want to do business with this provider because I don't feel comfortable at this point. I spoke with a UShip rep. and they tried to contact the provider but they got no response either.

The experience I had with this shipper was awesome and I know that there isn't anyone out there that can do any better. I encourage everyone to use this carrier for all of your shipping needs because you won't have to worry about your personal property. He was on time and he kept me informed every step of my delivery, without any issues. He delivered my shipment in perfect condition, there isn't anything I can say negative about this carrier. If you want a safe and courteous carrier this is it.
